At Langdon & Associates, PLLC our focus is on long term planning and immediate actions that "Set you up for success". We utilize a vast network of resources, people and technology to calibrate HR activities to your strategic initiatives that "Link People to Your Plan". Some folks need a boot out the door; others need a handshake or a pat on the back. It is not always easy to tell which is which. Each company is different, but in general we deal with people, perception and upset and help you to create improved business performance.

Being able to identify the right people from the wrong ones, to motivate, and to move in the right direction makes all the difference to your organization’s success. For us, over coming this obstacle and others starts with ‘the plan’. We look to the major stakeholders, and identify where they want the business want to go.  That plan leads all future activities.

Many companies have excellent strategic plans and initiatives, great Vision and Missions, other companies don’t even know what these are. But all too frequently, the employees don’t know their strategic role, how they fit into the big picture, and they really aren’t in alignment with their company’s goals or culture. We help alleviate these problems through our alignment processes.

Volunteer - Community Activism:  We strongly support active involvement in volunteer efforts in our community. 

The Tucson Jobs Ministry meets the 2nd and 4th Mondays of the month, 6-8pm  Pantano Christian Church - 10355 E 29th Street, Tucson, AZ  85748  (East Side of Tucson - at Houghton - in Modular Buildings D-2).   We've recently helped to launch the Tucson Jobs Ministry - For job seekers & employers - improve employability, help with resume & job seeking skills.  A place where employers find great talent & job seekers find employment.  Join us for our semi-monthly career fair, free job postings & fellowship.

Open to the public, employers, staffing agencies/recruiters, and business groups -  no charge to anyone (though we do have a 100% voluntary offering bucket to help the church defray the cost of lights and air conditioning).

The Tucson Jobs Ministry helps match job applicants to employers seeking people.  Mini-job fairs to tune resumes, interview skills, and networking.
